1. Login to Genesist and Access Templates:
Ensure you are logged into the Genesist platform.
2. Go to the Integration Page:
On the Integration page, in the WhatsApp Business box, click the "Connect" option.
3. Go to WhatsApp Account Settings:
On the sidebar, find and click "Setup Account".
Then, click "Login with Facebook" to begin the process of connecting your WhatsApp Business account.
4. Login to Facebook Account:
Enter the email and password associated with your Facebook account.
Click "Login" to continue.
5. Verify WhatsApp Account:
You will receive a verification code through your WhatsApp account if your Facebook account has 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
Enter the verification code you received.
Click "Continue" to verify.
6. Verify Facebook Account:
Complete any additional verification steps required by Facebook to proceed.
7. Fill in Business Information:
After successfully logging into your Facebook account, fill in your business details or choose an existing business with detailed information.
Click "Next" after completing the information.
8. Create a WhatsApp Business Profile:
Continue the process by creating your WhatsApp Business profile or choosing a previously created WhatsApp Business profile.
9. Add WhatsApp Phone Number:
Enter the phone number that will be used for WhatsApp Business, or you can use the provided WhatsApp number.
Click "Next".
10. Verify Phone Number:
If you choose to enter a phone number, you will receive a verification code sent to the phone number you entered.
Enter the verification code.
Click "Next" to complete the verification.
11. Complete Data Verification:
Check the permissions required by Genesist for your WhatsApp Account.
