To view the Agent's Inbox and Dashboard, go to the "Integrations" page.
Click "Connect" on "WhatsApp Business."
Click "Inbox" in the sidebar to view conversations between users and the Agent.
2. Access Dashboard:
Click "Dashboard" in the sidebar to view the Agent's dashboard. You can view message analytics, customer satisfaction, and conversation traffic.
3. Additional Dashboard Settings:
You can select another number if you connect multiple WhatsApp numbers.
You can also select the time period for the data displayed on the dashboard.
