Viewing and Managing Interactions

This section explains how you can view conversations conducted by users and the Agent, and how to view the Agent's Dashboard.

  • To view the Agent's Inbox and Dashboard, go to the "Integrations" page.

  • Click "Connect" on "WhatsApp Business."

  • Click "Inbox" in the sidebar to view conversations between users and the Agent.

2. Access Dashboard:

  • Click "Dashboard" in the sidebar to view the Agent's dashboard. You can view message analytics, customer satisfaction, and conversation traffic.

3. Additional Dashboard Settings:

  • You can select another number if you connect multiple WhatsApp numbers.

  • You can also select the time period for the data displayed on the dashboard.
